AMSTERDAM - Per 1 januari 2012 is Femke Stroucken benoemd tot notaris en partner bij CMS Derks Star Busmann. Stroucken (1978), is sinds 2005 werkzaam als kandidaat-notaris binnen de praktijkgroep Corporate Real Estate van CMS Derks Star Busmann. Zij is gespecialiseerd in commerciële (internationale) vastgoedtransacties, vastgoedfondsen (aan- en verkoop en herstructurering), vastgoedfinanciering en appartementsplitsingen.

In 2010 heeft zij de post doctorale specialisatieopleiding Onroerend Goed (Grotius) afgerond.
